The paper introduces a new kind of nonwovens fiber web formation, V - lap, a perpendicular fiberweb formation nonwovens system. There has great difference in the formation fiber web between the new system and the old one. The new nonwovens has much better properties than that of the old one, such as elasticity, puff and compression resistance, which makes it apply in many ways.
