针灸加中药内服外熨治疗颈性眩晕54例总结

A Summary on 54 Cases of Cervical Vertigo Treated with Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine

目的:观察针灸加中药内服外熨治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法;随机将病人分为治疗组、对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组。治疗组采用针灸加中药内服外熨治疗,对照Ⅰ组针灸治疗,对照Ⅱ组予中药内服外熨治疗。结果:治疗组、对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组的总有效率分别为100%、91.22%、93.32%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸配合中药内服外熨治疗颈性眩晕有较好的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects on cervical vertigo treated with acupuncture and Chinese medicine. Method： cases were randomly divided into treatment group, control group one and group two. Cases in the treatment group were treated by acupuncture and Chinese medicine taken orally with hot packed therapy. Cases in the control group one were treated by acupuncture and cases in the group two were treated by Chinese medicine taken orally with hot packed therapy. Results ： The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group , 91.22% in the control group one and 93.32% in the control group two. The clinical effects in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture and Chinese medicine taken orally with hot packed therapy was a effective therapy for treating cervical vertigo.
