肛管松解加病理组织切除治疗陈旧性肛裂170例临床观察

Anal Relaxation in Fissure and Resection of Diseased Tissues in Treatment of Chronic Anal Fissure: Clinical Observation of 170 Cases

目的:分析肛管松解加病理组织切除治疗陈旧性肛裂的疗效。方法:对170例陈旧性肛裂病人采用裂口内直视下切断外括约肌皮下部和齿状线下内括约肌部分并修剪裂口、切除局部病理组织。结果:有效率为10 0 % ,治愈16 8例(98.8% ) ,好转2例(1.2 % )。结论:肛管松解加病理组织切除治疗陈旧性肛裂是一种安全可靠的治疗方法。

Objective：To analyze the results of chronic anal fissure treated by anal relaxation in fissure and resection of diseased tissues. Methods：The subcutaneous part of the external sphincter in the fissure and the internal sphincter under the dentate line were incised under direct rision in 170 patients. Results：The overall response rate was 100%. 168 cases were cured （98.8%）and 2 cases were better （1.2%）. Conclusion：Anal relaxation in fissure and resection of diseased tissues is a safe and useful procedure for chronic anal fissure.
