不同缝合方式对痔切除术切口愈合影响的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Healing of hemorrhoidectomy Wound Using Different Suture

目的:探讨缩短痔切除术的切口愈合时间。方法:150例痔切除术患者随机分为3组,A组50例行间断褥式外翻缝合痔术后切口,B组50例行单纯间断缝合痔术后切口,C组50例以开放切口处理。结果:A组患者切口愈合时间平均为(12.6±3.1)d,短于B组的(16.4±5.3)d和C组的(16.6±2.9)d(P<0.01),而B组和C组的切口愈合时间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:闭合式痔切除术采用间断褥式外翻缝合有临床价值。

One hundred and fifty patients of hemorrhoidectomy were divided randomly into three groups. Wound was closed with interrupted exstrophy mattress suture in group A （50 cases）, and with simple interrupted suture in group B （50 cases）. Wound was left open in group C （50 cases）. Results：The mean healing time was 12.6±3.1 days in group A,16.4±5.3 days in group B,and 16.6±2.9 days in group C. The healing was shorter in group A than in group B and C （P 〈0.01）, but there was no significant defference in healing time between group B and group C （ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion：It suggests that closed hemorrhoidectomy with interrupted exstrophy mattress suture is of clinical value of popularization.
