湿化学法制备Pb(Zr_xTi_(1-x))O_3超细粉体的研究进展

Progress in Preparation Technology of Pb(Zr_xTi_(1-x))O_3 Ultrafine Powder by Wet-Chemical Method

简略介绍了锆钛酸铅(PZT)陶瓷的特性及应用以及用超细粉体制备PZT陶瓷与传统的固相反应法相比所具有的优点。对目前常用的几种制备PZT超细粉体的湿化学方法作了较详细的综述。

The properties and application of lead zirconate -titanate（PZT） ceramics were introduced. The advantage of preparing PZT ceramics with the uhrafine powder was compared with that prepared by the traditional solid reaction method. The common wet chemical ways to prepare PZT ceramics were summarized.
