多年来,小排量汽车一直在国家宏观政策与地方“土政策”的搏弈中艰难地“活着”,随着我国加快建设节约型社会的步伐,小排量汽车在地方受歧视的僵局有望被打破。国家发展和改革委员会不久前公布的《节能中长期专项规划》也明确提出:“取消一切不合理的限制低油耗、小排量、低排放汽车使用和运营的规定”。
For many years, compact car with small sweptvolume has been making a hard living in the fightbetween national macro policy and local policy.As China is accelerating the step of constructingeconomical society, the deadlock of compact cardiscrimination in local area will be hopefullybroken. The 'Medium and Long Term Planningfor Energy Conservation' released not long agoby National Development and Reform Commis-sion also clearly proposes that 'discard all regu-lations that irrationally restrict the use and op-eration of low oil consumption, small displace-ment and low emission automobiles'.
