三氯异氰尿酸在工业循环水中的应用分析

摘要 介绍了氧化杀菌剂三氯异氰尿酸在工业循环水系统中的应用,分析了加药方式、加药设备对三氯异氰尿酸杀菌效率的影响。结果表明,使用三氯异氰尿酸后,异养菌数基本控制在2.0×104个/mL以下,异养菌的杀菌率48h可达94.4%,72h内异养菌、硫酸盐还原菌和铁细菌的数量都在中国石化集团公司循环冷却水微生物控制指标之内;循环水中生物粘泥量平均为0.6mL/m3,小于控制值3.0mL/m3。为了减轻循环水设备腐蚀,将余氯值控制在0.5mg/L左右,采用连续式加药方式。 The paper introduced application of trichloroisocyanuric acid in recycling water system, and analyzed the influence of dosing method and dosing equipment on the bacteria removal efficiency. The results showed that heterotrophic bacteria number could be controlled below 2.0×10^4 /mL, the heterotrophic bacteria removal efficiency achieved 94.4% within 48 hours and the number of iron bacteria and sulfate reduction bacteria could be controlled below SINOPEC limit of microorganism for recycling water within 72 hours by using of trichloroisocyanuric acid. The average slime content was 0.6 mL/m^3 which was below the limit of 3.0 mL/m^3. In order to prevent corrosion of recycling water equipments, the residue chlorine content was controlled about 0.5 mg/L which could be achieved by continuous dosing.
