摘要
对中国石化北京燕化石油化工股份有限公司聚丙烯事业部309变电所2路进线同时跳闸,造成停电事故的原因进行了分析。结果表明,309变电所备自投系统加速输入信号接点误动作是本次停电事故的原因。由于备自投系统加速输入信号电缆与6kv动力电缆敷设在一起,且没有屏蔽防护功能,因此极易受到电磁干扰,造成加速输入信号接点误动作。针对事故原因,提出改进方案,取消了备自投系统加速功能,保证了变电所的安稳供电。
This paper analyzed the reasons of power failure by two incoming lines tripping at the same time on 309 substation in PP Department of Beijing Yanhua Petrochemical Co., Ltd., SINOPEC. The results showed that the reason of the accident is the incorrect action of accelerating signal of ATS(Auto Transfer System). The cable of the accelerating signal of ATS is laying on the same place with the 6 kV power cable, and it is non-shield, so it is easily disturbed by electromagnetic and causes incorrect action of accelerating signal of ATS. According to the reason of the accident, four improving ways are put forward. Canceling the accelerating function of ATS makes power supply of the substation more safely and stably.
