摘要
本文阐述了利用 DCSS00B 全数字直流传动系统、ACA600交流多传动控制系统、S7-400程控器及SIMADYN-D 控制器构成的铝板带热轧机电控系统,介绍了系统硬件、软件设计,并着重介绍了智能控制在厚度控制上的应用。
This paper introduces the electric control system of an aluminum strip hot roll mill, which is composed of DCS500B digital DC motor controller, ACS600 AC motor multidirve controller, S7-400 programmable controller and SIMADYN-D controller, expounds its hardware and software design, and emphatically introduces the application of intelligent control to strip thickness control.
