摘要
变电二次设备传统的定期检修制度,是以时间为基础的,它缺乏对设备的综合分析,并且依靠手段落后的人工统计方法来指导设备检修,往往不是检修过量,就是检修不足。本文提出基于状态监控方法的保护“临检”制度,即在设备状态监控的基础上,根据监控和分析诊断的结果,科学安排检修时间和项目的检修方式。在当前电力企业走向市场的形势下,运用状态检修的理念,提高设备检修的合理性、科学性,最终实现由“到期必修”向“应修必修”的过渡,提高供电企业的劳动生产率,降低输电成本。
The traditional maintenance method in Secondary device is based on a comprehensive analysis on the devices, and depends on statistics of manual work to time, this method lacks maintain devices. This paper puts forward a new method : state maintenance,it bases on state monitor, according to the result of monitor and analysis, arranges time and item to maintain devices. Under this situation the electricity enterprise heading for the market, it can improve rationality and scientific of maintenance using state maintenance, also improve the labor rate of production and reduce the cost of transmission.
