摘要 【目的】了解成都市学龄儿童感觉统合失调发生情况及其主要影响因素,为早期防治提供科学依据。【方法】选择成都市5所小学1629名8~13岁儿童为研究对象,采用感觉统合评定量表、Rutter儿童行为评定量表及相关的环境影响调查表进行问卷调查。【结果】儿童感觉统合失调总的检出率为26.33%,男女童差异无显著性(P>0.05)。轻、重度感觉统合失调检出率分别为20.14%和6.02%。轻度前庭失衡与重度学习能力不足男童明显高于女童。差异有显著性(P<0.05)。回归分析显示父母亲文化程度高、担任学生干部、同伴关系良好、无违纪反社会行为对感觉统合失调有一定的保护作用。【结论】儿童感觉统合失调受到来自行为、家庭及环境多种因素的影响,有必要提高家长老师的认识,早期开展筛查积极治疗。 [Objective] To understand the occurrence and the affecting factors of the sensory integration dysfunction (SID) among school-age children of 8 to 13 years in Chengdu. [Methods] 1629 children aged 8 to 13 years from primary school in Chengdu were investigated with sensory integrative scale.Rutter Children's Behavior Questionnaire by parents and the environmental factors inquiry. [Results] The total prevalence rate of children sensory integration dysfunction was 26.33 %. The rates between boys and girls had not significantly differences. The rates of mild and serve SID were 20.14% and 6.021%, respectively. With Logistic Regression analysis the main protecting factors of SID were the good education of parents, the student leader, without violence behavior, getting well along with others and elder age. [Conclusions] Sensory integration dysfunction is affected by multiple factors including behavior, family and environmental factors. Parents and teachers should pay more attention to prevent it earlier.
