Application of Heat Pump Drying System in the Textile Industry

分析对比热泵干燥系统的几种空气循环方式,结合纺织干燥工艺的特点,本文提出一种新的干燥循环方式——物料流动准封闭式循环干燥系统。通过对这种新系统流程的特性分析,对照实际生产中纺织厂运用该循环的一些具体参数,说明该系统具有较好的节能效果。

After analyzing and being compared with several air cycles＇ modes in the heat pump drying system, this paper brings forward a new drying cycle in the textile factory in order to resolve the problem of wasting energy. The new kind of cycle mode is called closed cycle dried system of material flow. It can been easily seen that the new cycle mode used in the textile factory drying system can save more energy than other cycle modes from the mode＇s characters and the concrete parameters in the real textile factory operations.
