海兰褐鸡血清白蛋白和运铁蛋白的多态性

Polymorphisms of serum Albumin and Transferrin in Hyline-brown Chickens

采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对５５只引入乐都的海兰褐鸡血清白蛋白和运铁蛋白的多态性进行研究。结果发现：①被检海兰褐鸡血清白蛋白有ＡＬＢＢＢ，ＡＬＢＢＣ二种基因型，以ＡＬＢＢＢ型为优势基因型（９０．９１％），ＡＬＢ￣Ｂ和ＡＬＢ￣Ｃ等位基因频率分别为０．９５４５和０．０４５５；②运铁蛋白只有ＴＦＢＢ一种基因型；②ＡＬＢ和ＴＦ两位点的平均基因杂合度（Ｈ）和有效等位基因数（Ｎｅ）分别为０．０４３４和１．０４５４。

Hyline-brown chickens introduced into ledu county were used to investigate thepolymorphisms of serum albumin and transferrin by means of a polyacrylamide gel electrophore-sis.The results showed as follows:(1)There were two genotypes including ALB BB and ALBBC on the locus of serum albumin in the examined Hyline1-brown chickens,of which the ALB BBtype was the preponderant genotype(its frequency was 90.91%),and the allele frequencies ofALB￣B and ALB￣C were 0.9545 and 0.0455 resp.;(2)There was only single TF BB genotype onthe locus of transferrin;(3)The average gene heterozygosity and the effective allele number were0.0434 and 1. 0454 resp on the locus of ALB and TF.
