This report gives a brief account of the German administration for industry and commerce that the training group dispatched by the Hangzhou Municipal Administrative Bureau for Industry and Commerce inspected, emphatically introduces the new ideas and new measures of the German administrative departments for industry and commerce in structural lay-out, protection of the rights and interests of consumers, protection of the intellectual property right, protection of food safety, etc. , and based on China＇s reality and the German experience, advances three measures to strengthen our administration for industry and commerce which are of value for reference in our work.
