摘要
本文结合实际工程需要,提出能适应水工建筑物伸缩缝大变形的U形止水带止水结构型式及其相应的施工工艺,从理论上和室内试验进行了论证,并在安康水电站消力池底板的伸缩缝进行了现场试验。通过两年的实际运行证明,该方案适用于流速较小的伸缩缝大变形情况。为了满足在高速水流条件下伸缩缝大变形的要求,又提出了一种改进的双面复合GB止水带止水结构型式,可望用于高速水流条件下处理伸缩缝大变形的修补工程。
A water-proof of U type rubber water stop and its construction technology that suits for concrete large-deformation of expansion joint is presented in this paper. The method was approved theoretically and tested in laboratory and then applied in the expansion joints of the stilling pool slabs in Ankang Hydropower Station in Shan'xi Province. After 2 years operation it has been approved that this type of water stop is only applicable for large-deformation of expansion joint under low flow velocity condition. An improved rubber water stop of double compound GB U type is then applied, which is applicable to repairing large-deformation of expansion joint under high flow velocity condition.
