摘要
目的为充分利用大蒜资源,避免浪费,探讨大蒜总黄酮的提取、鉴别及其含量测定方法。方法采用纯物理的工艺流程过程和分光光度法从大蒜中提取黄酮类物质并进行含量测定。结果测得样品中总黄酮的含量C=0.59%。回收率为99.4%,其纯度和产率均较高。结论采用全物理过程,无任何化学污染,是提取大蒜黄酮类物质的有效途径。
Objective To investigate the extraction, identification and determination of total flavone in garlic for making use of garlic resources. Methods The flavones were extracted by using a simple physical process and the content of the total flavone were determined by using a spectrophotometry. Results In determined samples, the content of total flavone is: C =0.59%, the rate of recovery is 99.4%, the purity and output are relatively high. Conclusion The purely physical process without chemical pollution is an effective way for extracting flavones from garlic.
