An evaluation of comprehensive medical quality by a TOPSIS method combined with a RSR method

目的结合运用TOPSIS法与RSR法来评价医院的综合医疗质量,以探讨TOPSIS法的特点。方法选取某市10家医院的7种指标来综合评价其医疗质量,并对其进行排序和分档。结果在分档评价中,C、A和B三家医院为优;F、HJ、和I四家医院为良;E、D和G三家医院为中。结论TOPSIS法用于评价医疗质量,方法简便,结果易于解释。

Objective A TOPSIS method combined with a RSR method were used medical quality of hospitals and discussed the characteristics of TOPSIS method as well. to assess the Methods comprehensive Seven medical quality indexes of ten hospitals were selected to evaluate their comprehensive medical quality, ranked and clustered with TOPSIS method and RSR method Results After ranking, hospitals C, A and B were the best; hospitals F, H, J and I were better; and hospitals E, D and G were relatively lower. Conclusion TOPSIS method is simple and easy for explaining in evaluating comprehensive medical quality of hospital.
