利用马立克氏病病、死鸡的皮肤(羽囊)打碎、制成MD琼扩抗原.结果表明,自制的MD皮肤(羽囊)琼扩抗原与参考抗原检查MD抗体的敏感性和特异性相同,以皮肤琼扩抗原制造方法简单,并且可制造更多的MD琼扩抗原.

MD agar diffusion antigens were prepared by grinding the skins or feather follicles of dead or sick chickens due to Marek's disease. Results showed that the MD agar diffusion antigens prepared with skins or feather follicles are identical with the reference antigen in terms of sensitivity and specificity to MD antibodies, Skin agar diffusion antigens were simpler to produce so that more antigens of this kind could be prepared.
