玉米—小麦型日粮添加戊聚糖酶对肉鸡生产性能的影响

摘要 本研究旨在观察在玉米-小麦型日粮中添加戊聚糖酶对0~4周龄肉仔鸡增重及饲料转化率的影响.试验用1日龄艾维茵肉用仔鸡(公母混合)600只.随机分成2组,每组300只,并于1日龄、28日龄分别称重.两种日粮均含有等量的粗蛋白质、代谢能、氨基酸、钙、磷水平.试验日粮是在基础日粮中添加0.1%戊聚糖酶.每天采用24h光照.采用网上平养,试鸡自由饮水与采食.结果表明,试验组的0~4周龄平均日增重(43.6g)高于(P<0.01)对照组(39.3g),料肉比由1.57降到1.52,降低了3.18%(P<0.05).结论认为,日粮中添加戊聚糖酶可以提高饲料中营养物质的消化吸收,从而可以改善肉仔鸡的增重,降低饲料的消耗. The study was conducted to observe the effect of adding pentosanase to a corn - wheat based diet upon BW gain and feed conversion of broilers from 0 to 4 weeks of age. Six hundred one -day -old Avine chicks (both male and female) were randomly divided into two groups with 300 each, and weighed at 1 and 28 days of age. The two diets contained the same amount of crude protein, ME, amino acids, Ca and P. The test diet was formulated by adding 0.1 % pentosanase to the basal diet. Lighting was available 24h daily. The wire - floor reared chicks had access to feed and water for ad libitum consumption. It was shown that average daily gain of chicks (43. 6g) supplemented with pentosanase from 0 to 4 weeks of age was higher (P<0. 01) than that of control chicks (39. 3g), and feed: meat ratio decreased 3. 18% (P<0. 05) from 1. 57 to 1. 52. It was concluded that dietary supplementation of pentosanase could improve digestion and absorption of nutrients in feeds, enhance gains of broilers, and reduce feed consumption.
