摘要
文章分析了我国企业工程技术人员创新能力的现状,说明了高等工程教育对工程技术人员的知识、能力、素质的培养起着主要作用,探讨了系统培养工科学生创新能力的主要途径。
The paper analyses the current situation of the innovative ability of engineering technicians in China, explains that higher engineering education plays important role in improving technicians＇ knowledge, ability and quality. The study also tries to find the key approaches to cultivate systematically engineering students＇ innovative ability.
