摘要
文章从饭店品牌的内涵出发,指出了饭店在品牌经营中亟待解决的问题,提出注重饭店文化内涵、塑造品牌形象、实施服务创新、加强品牌推广与营销手段的创新、正确发展品牌延伸、加强品牌管理等具体建议与对策。
Brand management is very important for hotel's existence and development. The article introduced the meaning of hotel brand at first, then analyzed the problems having to be settled urgently in the brand management, and put out some suggestions and countermeasures such as emphasizing cultural construction, establishing brand icon, enacting service innovation, enhancing brand marketing, strengthening brand management and so on.
