复方刺五加注射液对小鼠心肌营养性血流量的影响

Effect of Compound Acanthopanax senticosus Injection (CAI) on the Nutritional Blood Flow of Myocardium in Mice

本文通过小鼠心肌86Rb摄取率实验,观察复方刺五加注射液对小鼠心肌营养性血流量的影响。结果表明,复方刺五加注射液25、50、100mg/kg均可明显增加小鼠心肌86Rb摄取率,提示其能明显增加心肌营养性血流量。

Effect of Compound Acanthopanax senticosus Injection （CAI） on the nutritional blood flow of myocardium was observed with test of intmjecion ^86Rb in mice. The results showed that CAI （25,50 and 100mg/kg） could increase significantly myocardial introjection rate of ^86Rb. It is indicated that CAI can increase the nutritional blood flow of myocardium in mice.
