摘要
目的测定长白山灵芝糖类物质的含量。方法3,5-二硝基水杨酸法测定灵芝中的总糖和还原糖含量,葸酮—硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果灵芝中总糖的含量为19.65%,还原糖的含量为8.66%,多糖含量为10.49%。结论灵芝中总糖和多糖含量均较高。
Object To determinate the contents of sugar constituents in Canoderma lucidum Method The contents of raw sugar and reduing- sugar were determined by DNS method. The contents of polyscaccharides were determined by anthrone - sufric acid method . Results The contents of raw sugar in Ganoderma lucidum were 19.65% , The contents of reduing - sugar in Ganoderma lucidum were 8.66%, The contents of polyscaccharides in Ganoderma lucidum were 10.49% . Conclusion Ganoderma lucidurn has a high raw sugar content and Ganoderma lucidum has also a high polyscaccharidc content.
