摘要
调查报告对指导和推动公安工作有重要作用,是公安机关内部使用频率较高的一种应用文体。当前,在基层公安机关调查报告写作中,存在着数量多,精品少;反映表面现象多,深层次研究分析少;内容口号多,能用于指导实践少的问题。要提高基层公安机关调查报告写作质量,关键在于更新观念,充分调动基层民警撰写调研文章的积极性,贴近社会和公安工作实际,选好调研题材,加强写作培训,切实提高基层民警的调研水平和写作能力。
