摘要
当前制约民办高校发展的一个重要因素是教师流失严重,缺乏健全的社会保障机制又是造成流失的重要原因之一。本文试图从社会保障角度对民办高校社会保障机制对教师流失的影响进行了分析,并提出了现阶段建立健全民办高校教师保障机制的建议和对策。
At present, Teacher's serious loss is an important factor of restricting non-governmental university's development, and lack of social security mechanism is the reason. This paper tries to analysis the impact on teacher's loss of non-governmental university's social security mechanism in terms of social security, and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures of setting up and amplifying non-governmental university's teacher's security mechanism at present.
