触摸护理对视网膜脱离患者围手术期睡眠的促进作用

目的了解触摸护理在视网膜脱离患者围手术期的应用,用关爱性触摸护理带给患者情感支持,减少围手术期心理问题,减轻术后反应,促进睡眠,从而提高患者的生活质量。方法将59例视网膜脱离患者随机分为2组,触摸组(A)34例,护士从患者入院起给予有关触摸技术的沟通与护理,对照组(B)25例,采用常规护理。比较2组患者在围手术期睡眠障碍情况。结果视网膜脱离术后睡眠障碍发生率为71.2%,A组为61.8%,B组为82.0%,不同护理方法对患者睡眠障碍的发生差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论触摸护理对视网膜脱离患者围手术期睡眠有促进作用。

Objective To understand the use of touching nursing to patients with retina detachment in perioperative period, and give the emotional support to patients by kind touching nursing, decrease the psychological problems in perioperative period, reduce the postoperative reflection, advances the sleep, and so improve the living condition of the patients. Methods 59 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Touching nursing group A （n=34）： use necessary communication and touching nursing to the patients at the beginning of being in hospital; and control group B （n=25）： use routine nursing to the patients. Make comparison for the sleep disorders of patients in the two groups in perioperative period. Results The frequency of the occurrence of sleep disorders after surgery is 71.2% ,group A is 61.8% ,and group B is 82% ,different nursing methods to the occurrence of sleep disorders of the patients were significantly different （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Touching nursing has the effect to advance the patients with retina detachment in periopemtive period.
