基于图书采购业务招标以及采编业务外包的思索

本文分析了图书采购业务招标的原因,以及采购业务招标的利与弊,并就目前我馆在采编业务招标以及部分采编业务外包过程中遇到的一些问题,提出了自己的看法。

This paper explores the causes for the bidding of book purchase in the library and its advantages and disadvantages. And the author also states her own reflections on the problems concerned with the bidding and part of out - contracting cataloguing of the purchased books for the library at Southwest University of Science and Technology and put forward some suggestions on how to resolve them.
