摘要 目的:杀灭室内及其周边环境内的猫栉首蚤,分析蚤类防制效果,提高灭蚤工作的科学性。方法:采用20%拜力坦乳油与80%敌敌畏乳油、八氯二丙醚(S2)按20:1:1的比例进行复配,连续对营区内猫栉首蚤阳性房间及其周边道路作滞留喷洒,并修复破损门窗,及时清除室内垃圾、杂物。结果:猫栉首蚤得到彻底控制,由施药前蚤类数量依次为:炊事仓库34只、密度8.50只/板,茶炉房19只、密度4.75只/板,药品仓库10只、密度2.50只/板,综合仓库3只、密度0.75只/板,下降为施药后1d蚤类数量依次为:炊事仓库7只、密度1.75只/板,茶炉房3只、密度0.75只/板,药品仓库2只、密度0.50只/板;施药后2d、7d、30d连续监测,除7d后茶炉房捕获1跳蚤外,其余均为零。取得很好的杀灭效果。讨论与建议:此次发生的蚤类大量繁殖,可能系炊事用具仓库中1只自毙幼猫引起;某部营区发生的蚤类大量繁殖,并造成一些官兵被叮咬,说明蚤类作为一种媒介已经威胁到驻京单位官兵健康,应当引起卫生部门和广大官兵的重视。 Objective: To kill the Ctenocephalides felie in the room and in the surrounding environment. At the same time ,to analysis effects of flea control and to ameliorate efficacy of flea elimination. Methods.. Confect 20 Sunside oil extender、80% Dichlorphos oil extender and Octachloro Dipropylether according to 20:1:1 proportion . Spray this drug in the room with fleas and peripheral roads in succession , repair the damaged doors and windows , and remove indoor rubbish and incidental in time. Results: The flea is controlled completely. Before using the drug,the density is 8.5 individuals per leaf in the food supplies depot , 4.75 individuals per leaf in the stokehold ,2.5 individuals per leaf in the medical supplies depot ,0.75 individuals per leaf in the integrated depot . After this , the density drops to 1.75 individuals per leaf in the food supplies depot ,0. 75 individuals per leaf in the stokehold, 0.5 individuals per leaf in the medical supplies depot at the first day. Except one individual was found in the stokehold 7 days later ,none at other places after 2 days. Conclusion: The flea breed in a large amount this time may be caused by the young dead cat in the food supplies depot . Some soldiers have been bited and their health have been threatened. It is suggested that hygiene department and soldiers should give much attentions.
