摘要
目的建立一种直接检测呼吸道病毒及其相关亚型的方法。方法通过合成一系列呼吸道病毒相关序列的寡核苷酸序列,构建检测芯片。对待检样品进行随机逆转录和扩增,荧光标记,杂交,扫描分析。结果广谱地鉴定出流感病毒的相关亚型。结论此方法可以正确检测到细胞培养所获得的甲1型和乙型流感病毒。
Objective To develop a method to detect respiratory virus and its subtypies by DNA microarray directly.Methods A series of respiratory virus associated oligonucleotides were synthesized and prepared the DNA microarray.Influenza virus sample in cultured cells was treated for reverse transcription,amplification,fluorescent dye labelling,hybridization and scanning.Results Influenza virus subtypies were detected correctly.Conclusion Influenza A_1 and B in the cell culture can be detected correctly by DNA microarray.
