摘要
目的总结B-D试验阳性结果影响因素,制定相应的对策。方法对某院2000年1月-2004年12月间的B-D试验结果进行评价。结果共进行B-D试验3 283次,其中阳性结果104次,阳性率为3.17%;各年度阳性率逐年下降(χ2=40.62,P<0.005)。B-D试验失败的原因有技术和设备两方面,以技术原因为主,占85.58%。结论严格执行操作规程,灭菌器出现故障及时检修,可减少B-D试验失败。
Objective To study the related factors for B-D test positive results and make the appropriate strategies. Methods B-D test results in a hospital from January 2000 to December 2004 were evaluated. Results A total of 3 283 tests were performed, 104 were positive results, positive rate was 3.17%, positive rate decreased every year （x^2 = 40. 62, P〈0. 005）. Technique and equipment were two factors contributed to positive results of B-D tests, the former is the main factor, which accounting for 85.58 %. Conclusion Strict operation and timely maintenance of sterilizers can reduce the failure of B-D tests.
