摘要
清洗是空调水质稳定处理过程中极为重要的一环。试验以无机酸和有机酸的最佳配比与缓蚀剂组合而成的酸性清洗剂,最佳配比为无机酸∶有机酸=5∶1,清洗效果较好,除垢效率在95%以上,克服了纯无机酸清洗时腐蚀性大,使用时散发的酸雾刺激性大的缺点,又避免了有机酸价格昂贵、除垢效果差等不足。
Cleaning is important in the process of water quality stabilization treatment of air conditioner system. In this research, a kind of acid cleaner was made by the combination of inorganic acid, organic acid and corrosion inhibition agent. The optimum ratio of inorganic acid to organic acid is 5:1. Under this condition, the best cleaning effect can-be reached with the descaling efficiency of 95%. This agent can overcome the shortcoming of pure inorganic acid cleaner, which is easy to corrode and emits irritating acid fog. It also avoids the high costs and bad descaling effect of organic acid.
