Boiler No B_3 acid cleaning in Tangshan Xinqu Thermal Power Plant

河北省唐山市新区热电厂属地方电厂,归唐山发电总厂代管。7台发电机总装机容量20万kW,目前正在筹建两台30万kW机组。B3锅炉1987年6月投产,按计划于今年3月份进行大修,大修前割管测得水冷壁垢量向火侧为834.1 g/m2,背火侧为241.4 g/m2,为保证机组在大修后能安全、稳定、经济运行,根据国家有关标准的要求,对该锅炉进行了化学清洗。为保证清洗质量,邀请了华北电科院技术人员做技术指导,2005年4月顺利完成了该炉的酸洗工作,清洗效果优良。

Tangshan Xinqu Thermal Power Plant is local in Hebei province , it is under trust by Tangshan Power General Plant . Total seven generating units capacity is 200 MW. At present, it is arranging to build two units of 300 MW . Boiler No B3 was put into operation in June in 1987 ,been overhauled in March this year according plan. Before overhauling , amount of scalant was checked and the result is 834.1 g/m^2 in the fireside of water wall,in the rear side it is 241.4 g/m^2. In order to ensure the unit running safty and stabilizing and economy after overhauling, according to the concerning state code, the boiler chemical cleaning was accomplished. In order to ensure the cleaning quality, the NEPRI technology persons were invited as supervisor and the acid - cleaning process for boiler No B3 was put through in April in 2005, the cleaning effect is good.
