摘要 泥渣枪水力清洗是高压水喷嘴从中间管廊或外环廊直接喷入管间,水的喷射力随着喷射小孔与冲洗距离的增加而迅速下降,以致于不能破碎管束里面的泥渣堆。CECIL(爱迪生检查和冲洗一体化装置)是一个遥控装置,能够远距离操作管束内检查,泥渣冲洗和泥渣取样,能准确提供和可重复进入管间深处的任何位置,它比常规的泥渣枪水力清洗具有明显的优点。 Sludge lancing hydraulic cleaning, in which high pressure water jets are directed into the tube bundle from the central lane or the periphery of the tube bundle. The force of the water jet falls off rapidly with distance from the jet orifice and so may be insufficient to fracture the sludge pile, which is usually located well inside the tube bundle. The robatic device, known as CECIL-the Consolidated Edison Combined Inspection and Lancing System-is teleoperated to perform tube bundle inspections, sludge lancing and sludge sampling. It provides a means for accurate, repeatable access to locations deep within the tube bundle. This promises considerable advantages over conventional sludge lancing hydraulic cleaning.
