On the Students- oriented Ideological and Political Education

高校思想政治教育必须坚持以学生为本的思想,要求高校思想政治教育工作者必须依靠多种途径并采取多种措施落实这项工作。在实施思想政治教育过程中,要重视大学生的内在心理需要,考虑大学生的个体差异,建立科学的教育机制。坚持以学生为本的思想政治教育,是时代发展的需要,是我国高等教育培养目标的需要,是促进学生综合素质全面提高的需要。

ldeological and political education of institution of higher leearning must insist on orienting our work to the needs of students, Educators of ideological and political education should make sure the work by any means. In the education course the psychological needs of college students should be paid more attention to, considerthg individual difference and building up scientfic educational system. It is required under present situation to insist on the students-oriented ideological and political eduction. It is also needed to meet the educational aim of the institution of higher learning and to improve college students＇ comprehensive quality.
