随着医院信息系统规模的扩大,建设高可靠性系统就成了医院信息化中重中之重的任务。本文研究了医院IT系统现在存在的问题,着眼于如何提高IT服务水平、提高系统可用性、降低成本,提出IT主动管理方法,并在北京医院组织了实施。

As the scope of Hospital Information System getting enlarged. to construct a system with high reliability become the most important job. This article investigate the problem which exist in the current IT system of hospital ,with a view to how can improve service leael. improve the utilization of ststern and reduce cost. the method of IT initiative management is forward. and be brought into effect in Beijing Hospital .
