摘要
在教育信息化的境域中,教师专业知能的发展与评价可依据发展性评价理念,以图谱评量系统为平台,绘制个人专业发展路线图,并以此为蓝本在行动学习中实现教师专业发展与知能评价的整合。
In the context of educational informationization, the development and assessment of teachers' professional competence can be conducted by making individual roadmap of professional development on the basis of developmental evaluation ideas, realizing an integration of teachers' professional development and knowledge and competence assessment during action learning.
