摘要
远程考试是远程教育发展的必然要求,是考试改革发展的必然要求。基于远程考试的法律基础、技术基础和社会基础,远程考试必须坚持科学性原则和以人为本的原则。
Distance-examination is a natural requisite of the development of distance-learning and a natural requisite of the development of examination reform. On the basis of the legal foundation, the technological and social foundation, distance-examination must be conducted on the scientific principle and human-oriented principle.
