摘要
目的了解中老年人人群体液免疫水平.方法选择130位健康中老年人,采用免疫比浊法测定其血清IgA、IgG、IgM及补体C3.结果不同性别体液免疫水平接近,差别无显著性(P＞0.05),61～65年龄组IgA、IgG含量低于50～55年龄组,差别有显著性(P＜0.05).结论中老年人体液免疫水平有下降的趋势.
Objective To investigate humoral immunity levels in middle- aged and elderly population. Methods Chose 130 middle- aged and elderly healthy peoples, the serum IgA,IgG,IgM and C3 was determined by immunonephelometry. Results The humoral immunity levels of different sex was close, the difference was not significant（ P 〉0.05）, the IgA and IgG contents of 61 -65 years old group was lower than that of 50 - 55 years old group, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The humoral immunity levels in middle- aged and elderly population had downtrend.
