摘要
目的应用手工自行研制组织微阵列的方法研究bc1-2在乳腺癌中的表达。方法选取乳腺疾病组织82例,每例穿取1.0mm组织柱1条人工自行制备82点阵组织微阵列,bc1-2免疫组化染色。结果乳腺癌中bc1-2阳性表达率随恶性程度增加呈逐渐升高趋势,乳腺癌组与乳腺良性增生组比较,差别有显著性(χ2=4.263,P<0.05)。结论提示bc1-2可能在乳腺癌的发生发展中起重要作用。
Objective Expression of bcl -2 in the tissue of breast carcinoma by tissue microarray technique of manual method. Methods A total of 82 1.0mm sampler from 82 paraffin embedded blocks of breast cancer were constructed in this study. Immunohistochemical stains were performed on the sections with bcl - 2. Results Expression of bcl - 2 was correlated with lymph node metastasis although the difference is not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion bcl -2 plays important pole in regulation of cellcycle,it targeting antisense nucleotide and surviving gmutants in duce apoptosis.
