2002—2004年重庆市18家医院降血脂药利用分析

Analysis of anfilipenics used in 18 hospitals in Chongqing during the period of 2002 ～ 2004

目的:评估重庆市降血脂药的利用现状及其发展趋势。方法:调查重庆市18家医院在2002￣2004年应用降血脂药金额、用药频度及日均费用进行统计分析。结果:心血管类及降脂药的购药金额呈上升趋势,3年间分别增长83.17%、54.48%,降血脂药3年占心血管系统购药金额的比例呈下降趋势,2004年比2002年下降了0.99%。结论:他汀类和天然药目前占据重庆市降血脂药市场的主导地位。

Objective： To evaluate the situation of the use of the anfilipenics and its developing trend in Chongqing. Methods： The expenditure, DDDs and everyday average expense of the anfilipenics from 18 hospitals in Chongqing during the period of 2002 - 2004 were investigated statistically analyzed. Results： Expenditure of the cardiovascular and the anfilipenies were increasing respectively up to 83.17% and 54.48% during the period of 2002 - 2004. But the expenditure proportion of the anfilipenics to the cardiovascular was decreasing in this period, and decreased 0.99% in 2004 more than in 2002. Conclusion： Presently, HMG-CoA reduetase inhibitor medicine and natural medicine hold the leading position in the market of the anfilipenics in Chongqing.
