摘要
用氚标记的吡拉明,甲氰咪胍体外标记—纹链接触法光镜放射自显影术研究正常大鼠肝细胞及肝内各血管壁上组胺H_1、H_2受体的定位分布。结果表明,组胺H_1、H_2受体广泛分布于肝细胞、肝内血管壁上。肝细胞以H_1受体为主,是H_2受体的18倍(P<0.01),肝静脉壁上的H_1受体是肝动脉、门静脉壁上的10倍(P<0.01),肝动脉门静脉壁上的H_1受体间无显著性差异(P>0.05);H_2受体在肝细胞和各血管壁上呈均匀分布(P>0.05)。肝细胞及血管壁上组胺H_1、H_2受体的存在及分布特点,可能在肝脏的生理功能和血液动力学上发挥一定的作用。
The distributions of histamine H_1 and H_2 receptors in Wistar rat's hepatocytes and intrahepatic vascular walls were studied by radioautography with joining contact method. The results revealed that histamine H_1 and H_2 receptors distributed extensively in hepatocytes and intrahepatic vascular walls. The histamine H_1 receptor in hepatocytes was 18 times greater in number than the histamine H_2 receptor (P<0.01) and 10 times greater in the hepatic venous walls than in arterial and portal walls (P<0.01), whereas there was no discrepancy in distribution of these two receptors between arterial and portal walls (P>0.05). The histamine H_2 receptor evenly distributed in the hepatocytes and intrahepatic vascular walls (P>0.05). The very existence of histamine H_1 and H_2 receptors and intrahepatic vascular walls underlies biochemical and hemodynamic activities in which histamine intermediates.
