摘要
用去势二周的成龄SD大鼠为受体,用与受体远交系的新生SD大鼠的睾丸组织为供体,研究组织培养对睾丸组织移植后存活期的影响。组织培养液为RPMI 1640,培养条件为37℃、5%CO_2—95%空气,培养时间为72小时。观察指标为移植物存活时间、移植术后不同时期的移植物半定量生物学评分(组织学评分及淋巴细胞浸润程度评分)及移植术后不同时期受者血清睾酮测定。结果表明,培养72小时的睾丸组织较新鲜的睾丸组织移植术后组织生存时间及内分泌功能延长。
The fresh and cultured testicular tissue were used grafts and castrated male out-bred mature Spraugs-Dawley rats as recipients. The donor tissues were transplanted subcutaneously into the hind leg of recipients, The grafts and serum testosterone of recipients were examined 30. 45 and 60 days after transplantation. The graft survival time and two semiquantitative bioassays were employed to evaluate graft architecture and the degree of lymphocytic infiltration in the grafts. The testosterone level of the recipients was used as functional parameters. The results showed that the survival of cultured testicular tissue was pro- longed as compared with that of the fresh tissue.
