Measure and Indeterminate Analysis on Pitch Diameter of Tapered Thread

本文叙述了在万能测长仪上用L 形斜块和三针组合测量圆锥螺纹中径的方法, 并介绍了L 型斜块的设计和制作方法及各部分尺寸的确定。最后对该测量方法的不确定度进行了分析。

This paper related the methods about measuring pitch diameter of tapered thread with L obliquc lump and three-wire set in universal gauging instrument, and introduced the designing and making method and deciding size of L oblique lump. In conclusion, this paper analyzed the degree of indeterminate of the aforesaid measure methods.
