Thinking on Accelerating Opening up of Central China to the Outside

对外开放是促进中部崛起的引擎。20世纪90年代以来,中部地区对外贸易快速增长,利用外资水平不断提高,对外经贸工作进展明显,投资环境得到改善,但还存在着开放度低、利用外资规模较小等问题。在对当前面临的开放环境与条件分析的基础上,提出了加快中部地区对外开放的对策建议。

Opening up to the outside is the engine for promoting development of central China. Since 1990s, especially in recent years, foreign trade of central China is increasing rapidly, and the utilization of foreign capital is also on the rise, and foreign trade is also rising obviously, investment environment is improved. However, degree of openness is low and the scale of utilization of foreign investment is small. On the basis of analysis of current environment and conditions of opening up, the article gives countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating opening up of central China.
