随着会展业的迅速发展,会展业人才匮乏的问题日益显现出来。如何建立一支高素质的会展人才队伍是会展业健康发展的关键。文章通过对会展业的特点及人才现状的分析,提出了建立会展业人才体系的建议,对会展业的发展具有一定的现实意义。

With the development of conference and exhibition, it is obvious that the talents is rare. How to build high quality talents is the key of development of conference and exhibition, this paper analyses the situation of talents, put forward some suggestions on the development of human resource.
