摘要
文章首先阐述了“知识型员工”的概念,然后分析了“知识型员工”的特点,在此基础上提出了对“知识型员工”的激励策略———“全面薪酬战略”,最后指出了运用“全面薪酬战略”作为激励手段应注意的事项。
The article firstly elaborates the importance of knowledge-based employees in enterprise, and analyzes characteristics of knowledge-based employees, and poses motive strategy for knowledge-based employees according to their characteristics-the overall wage strategy. Finally the article puts forward suggestions of applying the overall wage strategy.
