大蒜鳞芽生长点离体培养诱导小鳞茎的形成 被引量:11

摘要 用大蒜鳞芽生长点进行离体培养,结果表明,生长素NAA浓度在0.1~1.0mg/1之间,细胞分裂素6—BA浓度在0~0.5mg/1范围内,其浓度愈低愈能促进小鳞茎的形成;贮期温度愈低,愈有利于小鳞茎的形成;3~8℃低温期大于60天,才能保证小鳞茎的形成。 The scaly bud apical meristem culture was studied using s local garlic cultivars and the results were as follows:on the Ms medium with NAA concentration between 0. 1~1. 0 mg/1 and 6-BA 0 ̄0. 5mg/1,the lower NAA and 6-BA medium resulted in better bulblet formation and the low temperature of storage life also favor the bulblet formation,which was induced only under the temperature between 3 ̄8℃ for more than 60 days.
