摘要 目的探讨 Fas 和 FasL 在鼻息肉组织中的表达情况以及这二种凋亡相关蛋白在鼻息肉发病中的关系。方法应用 S-P 免疫组化法检测35例鼻息肉组织及15例下鼻甲组织中 Fas 和 FasL 的表达情况。结果(1)Fas 在鼻息肉上皮及腺上皮的表达弱于对照组(P<0.05),存嗜酸性粒细胞中表达广泛。(2)FasL 在鼻息肉上皮及腺上皮的表达强于对照组(P<0.05)。未见 FasL 在嗜酸性粒细胞中表达。(3)鼻息肉上皮细胞中 Fas和 FasL 蛋白的表达无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 (1)Fas 和 FosL 在鼻息肉发生发展中起一定的作用。(2)Fas、FasL 在鼻息肉上皮细胞的凋亡过程中各自独立起作用。 Purpose To study the expression of Fas and FasL in nasal polyps and the relationship between the two apoptosis-related proteins in formation of nasal polyps. Methods Expression of Fas and FasL. were detected with S-P immunohistochemical method in 35nasal polyps and 15 inferior turbinates. Results ( 1 )The expression of Fas in epithelial cells and epithelial cells of glands was significantly lower in nasal polyps than that in inferior turbinates ( P 〈 0.05 ) and in eosinophils was strong expression. (2) The expression of FasL in epithelial cells and epithelial cells of glands was significantly higher in nasal polyps than that in inferior turbinates (P 〈 0.05). No expression of FasL was observed in eosinophils. (3) The expressions of Fas and FasL did not correlate with each other in epithelial cells of nasal polyps ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion ( 1 ) Fas, FasL may play some roles in the occenrrence and progression of nasal polyps. (2) No relationship between Fas and FasL in inhibiting apoptosis in epithelial cells of glands of nasal polyps was noted.
