摘要
目的探讨近视性屈光不正人群的眼压值及其影响因素。方法收集1074例(2071眼)近视性屈光不正者激光矫正术前的资料,包括性别、年龄、眼别、中央角膜厚度(central comeal thickness,CCT)、屈光度(diopeer,DIOP)、眼内压(intraocular pressure,IOP),采用非接触式眼压测量方法)等,数据输入 SPSS10.0统计软件包,分析其平均值、相关性等。结果近视人群的 CCT 平均值(536.48±31.52)μm;DIOP(球镜等量)平均值为(-7.32±3.92)D;IOP 平均值(15.27±2.97)mmHg(1mmHg=0.133 kPa)。IOP 与 CCT 呈正相关,与 DIOP 呈负相关,回归方程为 IOP=0.039CCT-0.082DIOP-6.138。结论 IOP 的测量值受 CCT 和 DIOP 影响,CCT 每改变100μm,IOP即改变3.9mmHg;或 DIOP 每改变 ID,IOP 即改变0.082 mmHg。IOP 与性别、年龄、眼别等不相关。(中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志,2005,5:299-300)
Purpose To explore the value of intraocular pressure in myopic people and its associated factors. Methods The data of 2 071 eyes in 1 074 myopic patients was achieved, including gender, age, eye, CCT (central corneal thickness), diopter, IOP (intraocular pressure,measured by non-contact tonometer) and so on. The data was transported into SPSS 10.0 software and analyzed about the mean value and their correlations. Results The mean value of CCT is (536.48 ± 31.52)μm; the mean value of diopter in myopic people is ( - 7.32 ± 3.92) D; the mean value of IOP is ( 15.27 ± 2.97) mmHg(1 mmHg=0. 133 kPa)which is related with CCT and diopter. The equation is IOP= 0.039CCT-0.082diopter- 6. 138. Conclusion The measure of IOP is associated with CCT and diopter. With 100μm change of CCT there is 3.8 mmHg change of IOP, or with 1D change of diopter there is 0.082 mmHg change of IOP. IOP is not related with gender, age, eye.
