龙血竭总黄酮对动物心肌缺血的保护作用 被引量:21

摘要 目的:观察龙血竭总黄酮对大鼠、犬急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法:股静脉注射垂体后叶素致大鼠急性心肌缺血,观察心电图变化;结扎麻醉犬冠状动脉致心肌缺血,测定缺血范围、心外膜电图及血清CK、LDH、LD浓度。结果:与模型对照组相比,360、180mg·kg-1龙血竭总黄酮灌胃给药能对抗垂体后叶素所致大鼠心肌缺血心电图J点、T波的变化;120、60、30mg·kg-1龙血竭总黄酮十二指肠给药能缩小冠状动脉结扎所致犬心肌缺血梗死范围,降低心电图的ST段比结扎前抬高≥2mv以上的个数(△NST)和心电图的ST段于结扎前抬高的差值(△ΣST);减少血清中CK、LDH、LD释放。结论:龙血竭总黄酮对大鼠、犬急性心肌缺血有较好的保护作用。 AIM: To observe protective effects of sanguis draxonis flavones on myocardial ischemia in rats and dogs. METHODS: Acute myocardial ischemia in rats was produced by iv pituitrin and ECG indexes were observed. Myocardial ischemia was induced by ligating coronary artery in anaesthetized dogs, and then EEC, CK, LDH, and LD in serum were determined respectively. RESULTS: J point and T wave in rats changed evidently after iv pituitrin, which was reversed by sanguis draxonis flavones (360, 180 mg·kg^-1). In coronary artery ligation model, infraction range, △N-ST, △∑-ST and some serum indexes (such as CK, LDH and LD) was decreased after ig sanguis draxonis flavones (120, 60, 30 mg·kg^-1). CONCLUSION: Acute myocardial isehemia is protected effectively by sanguis draxonis flavones.
